Toluene Diisocyanate TDI-100

Overview

TDI-100 is essentially pure toluene 2,4-diisocyanate (2,4-TDI). It is a colorless to light yellow liquid used where higher reactivity and a uniform structure are needed, for example in elastomers, coatings and prepolymers.

Storage

Store in tightly sealed containers in a dry, well-ventilated place at 25–35 ℃, protected from moisture; 2,4-TDI melts at about 21 ℃ and may crystallize when cold. TDI is toxic by inhalation.
